Increase Dither Maximum Settle Time

Hi Robin,

I'm starting to think it's a balance/Polar thing. After throwing away 30% of my subs from last Thursday night. Going to check that tonight.

I did manage to get this though, thx to SC!

Details - 57 X 120 sec light subs (114 minutes total)
Celestron 14" Edge HD

wow - super image, even if it missed out on 30% of the available subs. The hyperstar has really worked its magic here :)
