Recently the maker of GradientXTerminator released a new software: NoiseXTerminator.
I did download the trail version for Photoshop and after just 1 test, I did purchase it (no, I'm not affiliated with it ).
It does a excellent job of noise reduction. I did a really big, overdone stretching and color strengthening of a capture of the Heron Galaxy and it made it look so good. Also no added things like Topaz tend to do.
There is a MacOS, Windows and Linux version. PixInsight or Photoshop
