I have paid my license renewal fee and when I start up ver 3.2 or 4.0 a pop up message appears that my license will expire in 6 days. What is the problem, I paid and I was supposed to get an additional 2 months not a message that my license will expire.

Hi Paul,
you will have received a new license code when you renewed (you should have seen it in the browser after paying and received an email with it). This new code is different to the old license code, and you need to go into SharpCap, delete the old code and replace it with the new one.

I have deleted the email with the license new code. I didn't know about the step of pasting in a new code. Can you send me an email with the code?
