Wrong Camera in licence

Hello

Since a year I'm using sharpcao polar Alignement with my Zwo Asi Mini. I got a Information to renew license which I did. This nicht I found out that my license is only valid for altair cam. I was asked to buy another license which I did but that didn't solve it.
So I had to put all my stuff back onto the shelves and miss this nicht making Photos.
So my questions

- does sharpcap not support Asi cams like the often used ZWO Mini anymore

- if it is supported like the last years, how can i shift my license from Altair to ZWO?

- how can I get refund for my useless second license?

Hi,

it sounds like your existing license was one that came bundled with an Altair camera - this license is only valid for use when using an Altair camera (it doesn't have to be the one used to claim the license, but it must be one made by Altair).

You did the right thing by purchasing a new license - the purchased license will work with any camera supported by SharpCap. However, I think you missed out one step - deleting the old Altair license key from SharpCap and replacing it with the new key from the license that you purchased. Once you have done this you will be able to use SharpCap Pro features with your ZWO camera.
