I do not have that listed anywhere in the control panel on the right. I am not doing any stacking in Sharpcap at this time. I looked for that last night, but was unable to find it anywhere.

Hi,
that option should be present for all cameras - please check to see if it is hidden (the 'Preprocessing' block is collapsed down to a single line) or is off the bottom of the screen (scroll down).
