No matter what I adjust, I can't get sensible colors. In general there is way too much green, but that's not the only color problem. Look at this screen grab from an .avi of the Moon:

I'd suggest putting the camera values back to their defaults – in particular I think that the high value of the 'black level' is contributing to the problem, as is the increased contrast. You could try putting the black level back to 0 and the contrast back to 50 and then using the auto White balance just button, or you could try resetting everything by holding down the <CTRL> key while you are opening the camera.
