Hi Robin,
I'd love to create a few of my own keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys). For example I'd like to have hotkeys to do "Zoom Auto", "Zoom 100%" and "Zoom 50%".
It looks like I could probably create Ironpython scripts to do such activities and assign them to new buttons, but using such a button would still require mouse action and is not much more convenient than using the mouse directly.
Is it possible to define a hotkey to kick off a script? If not, could you consider making it possible?
Thanks!
Howard

Re: User defined keyboard shortcuts
Hi Howard,
it's a nice idea – although I'm not quite sure how to make it work in practice. Maybe like you suggest having a custom button and also being able to register a hotkey you register the custom button.
Cheers, Robin

Hi Robin,
Not quite as elegant as if you could come up with a way to let the user define a hotkey and then associate the hotkey to run a script, but that would work and I'd love to see it.
Thanks for considering it!

Howard
