I renewed via paypal on 12/11/19...transaction ID...7MT86044X7103700H......my bank confirms it cleared my account 12/13/19
today when i opened SC it said my subscription expires in two days

Hi Bruce,
you need to find the email that you would have received with the new license code in and put that new code into SharpCap (it will be different to your old one). More licensing help here : https://store.astrosharp.co.uk/faq

Robin...i have retrieved my renew license number...when i copied it and tried to enter it in the license ID line the error message said invalid signature

Hi,
Two things I can think of – firstly, did you delete the old key from the box before adding the new one. Secondly, does the layout of the text that you have pasted in match the sample that is shown on the link I posted above?
If neither of those help, please take a screenshot and send it to me by private message and I will advise further.

robin...attached picture as you instructed
when i erase the old license ID the screen appears with an invalid signature error..this locks me out from trying to enter my new license

For the reference of others who might find this post in the forums, the problems seem to have been caused by not removing all of the text of the old licence before pasting in the new licence code.
