I'm afraid not - I did have a brief look into Pinpoint a few weeks ago and it's not clear whether it has a suitable API to allow it to be used from another applications. On top of that (as I understand it) Pinpoint uses an Astrometry.net based engine (like Ansvr) for the 'hard work' of blind plate solving and then refines the accuracy of the solution to give a more accurate plate solve. I must admit that I've never had problems with the accuracy of Astrometry.net
So, my recommendation would be to install one of the free Astrometry.net based solvers (Ansvr, ASPS, Astrotortilla) if you want to use plate solving with SharpCap. You may even find that you already have one installed to support Pinpoint.
