Flat Capture With Darks
If I capture flat frames with the dark frame pre-processing enabled, does SharpCap actually subtract the master dark from the captured flat frames?

Hi,
yes, and if you do this you should make sure that the dark frame you are using is captured using the same settings (gain, exposure, etc) as the flat frames that you are capturing – i.e. it should be a flat dark frame, not a dark frame for your final image capture.
