I just want to close this thread out since I got my answer. The discussion above was around using a master dark and flat created in SC for image calibration in PixInsight. It worked fine on my laptop for my ASI533 (SC x32bit) but not for my ASI2600 (SC x64bit) which has very large files. I did confirm after receiving my new juiced up computer that it was strictly the computer.
