Posting Pics

Hi there, new to astrophotography, & new to the forum. Wasnt sure where to ask this, but I'm trying to post a couple of pics from my laptop, & get a msg saying "file to large". The file is only 588 KB (602,166 bytes) , a touch over half the allowable limit from what I gather. I guess I'm doing something wrong... Any help much appreciated. Cheers!

Most likely because you were not yet an approved forum member. You are now, so please try again?
External images placed on free sites like https://imgbb.com are preferred due to forum disk space but 500Kb is indeed well within the "rule"
