Can you independently specify frame rate and exposure time?

Is there a way to independently specify camera frame rate and exposure time in SharpCap for a ZWO290MC camera. I am trying to capture videos of lunar transit of ISS. I need to keep the exposure time down to about 1 ms to avoid blurring due to ISS angle rate but the USB transfer rates can't keep up the data transfer. It would be idea to capture 1 ms exposures every 25 ms. How can one do this in SharpCap?
