Hi
I have just unboxed my brand new ZWO ASI290MC and according to the instructions I need to download Sharpcap however the programme is not working - could not launch correctly. Holding the shift and Ctrl buttons (as prompted) gives a screen full of computer language that I do not understand and nor can I copy and paste...
I see that others have recently encountered similar problems.
Can you please advise??
thanks
Sharpcap 3.1.5153.0

Re: Sharpcap 3.1.5153.0
Hi,
do you have Kapersky AntiVirus installed by any chance? There is currently an issue where having Kapersky installed (even if disabled) seems to stop SharpCap from starting properly in the way you describe. I hope to have a fix for this in the next couple of days.
cheers,
Robin
