Using 3.1.5004 and checked for upgrade, says 3.1.5143 is available, the programme downloads it, says install and upgrade, click yes, goes through all the motions, initialisation, configuring, the restarts - orginal version still.
Try this three time, no errors no warnings - seems to have thought it’s installed the new version - but no.
Upgrade from 3.1.5004 to 3.1.5143 doesn’t upgrade

Re: Upgrade from 3.1.5004 to 3.1.5143 doesn’t upgrade
Ok, please can you try the following troubleshooting steps
1) Download and install 3.1.5143 manually - this may just work or may give you an error message which we can then look into.
2) If you get an error from 1), try to manually uninstall the old version first - doing this by re-running the original installer and selecting uninstall is likely to work the best - if the uninstall succeeds then you should be able to install the new version no problem.
If both of the above fail then please let me know.
thanks,
Robin
