filter selection at start of sequence

#1

Post by Tomatobro »

I ran a sequence which did the following
Exposure and gain set
Focus
LRGB, Ha and Oii
Sequence ended ok

With more clear weather available I just pressed RUN to repeat and the Sequence tried to do the camera exposure and gain on the Oii filter.
Stopping the sequence and manually (via sharpcap) changing the filter to Luminance and restarted.

Could we have a look ahead and set the correct filter at the start of the sequence rather than having to do a manual check?

Hi,

that makes sense - good thought.

For now, you can press the 'advanced edit' button, then insert a change filter step at the start of the procedure, but I will try to make this change to the sequence planner fairly soon.

cheers,

Robin

Thanks for the tip. Edit looks to be a very powerful tool.
