Re: Camera cannot be connected
Hi,
so I can think of two possibilities here...
1) You haven't installed the ZWO Windows 'Native Drivers' at all on the new computer - in that case download and install from https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
2) You have got the drivers installed, but your SharpCap 3.1 is too old to work with the newest ZWO drivers. ZWO made changes a few years back that meant that the new drivers required updated software to work with the cameras. If you have installed the drivers and are still not seeing the cameras, try a newer (3.2, 4.0) version of SharpCap.
Of course, it is always worth checking Windows Device Manager to see if your cameras are showing up properly there when you plug them in - if they do not show, or have an error/warning status in device manager then SharpCap will not see them.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Camera cannot be connected
Hi Robin,
thanks for your quick response. Indeed the appropriate driver was missing. It works now perfectly.
Best Regards
Franz
