ASI2600MC-Pro not possible to save capture

#1

Post by RudyOtten »

Hi Robin,

I got my new ASI2600MC-Pro camera last Saturday and started building the dark library.
What I discovered is that it could not safe the intermediate files.
I than tried to just do a snapshot and that also did not work.
I added the log file for you.
What is interesting is that when I use the ASCOM driver all is working fine.
So the problem is there when using the ZWO native drivers.
This was using the Beta code as you can see in the log file.
When using SC3.2.6480 it is working OK.
So I know for sure it is not H/W related.
Another thing I noticed in the SC4.0 version is that the control panel
on the right hand side is "sluggish" , meaning when I click on say the exposure slider
it takes at least a second before you see the slider move???

Hope you can fix it, for the rest you have a great program.

Kind regards,

Rudy

Hi Rudy

That is a bug that slipped in. Robin fixed it.
If you go to https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap-4-0-downloads and download the latest version, it all should work again.
