Hi,
Since yesterday i have something new with either SC 3.2 last level or SC 4 Beta last level.
When i use Live stacking the curves in the display histogram strech, the one on right, doens't move when i move the color cursors.
I will put examples here with SC 4, but it was the same with SC 3.2
reference screen schot
here i move the green cursor totally at bottom
as we can see, the curves didin't move at all in the small histo.
i can move the two dotted vertical bars and they have effect on the image, but the curves never moves which makes difficult the color balance.

Re: Display Histogram not responding
Hi,
nothing obvioius in the logs pointing to what might be going on. The display histogram should update when a new frame arrives from the camera (and therefore live stacking updates its output) or when you move one of the live stacking sliders (again, causing the output to update). There is a restriction that it will only update 2x per second maximum to keep CPU usage down.
Does the histogram update if you use the folder monitor camera play/pause/rewind/etc controls to step back a frame or two and play the frames through live stacking again?
cheers,
Robin

Re: Display Histogram not responding
Yes, i agree, that's strange.
Another situation tonight, the small histo is without any curves, only the vertical dotted lines. When i move the color cursors nothing happens. But as i am taking control through RDP, i did something on rdp, disconnect / reconnect , and then i got the curves and they change with the cursor moves... seems normal now...
For now, i can't find any specific situation to document this issue...
I will try the folder monitor on another PC, directly, not through remote access.
edit : no issue when used with SC V4 but no remote session, may be there is a link with remote session ? but i had this with Anydesk and with RDP....

Re: Display Histogram not responding
Ok,
thanks for the update - I will try to test via RDP to see if I can make any problems happen that way.
cheers,
Robin
