Crash or just shut down?

Hello I have installed SHARPCAP v3.2.6137 in my DELL laptop I7, when connecting a QHY5III224C I connect the camera with no problem adjust everything and around 3 to 5 minutes suddenly stops and then less than 1 minute later SharpCap closes, no error messages nothing.

Sometimes I am able to work for about 10minutes and then it happens, today I was having a live presentation of the sun and in the middle of it was crashing and crashing, I uninstalled SharCap installed again and is the same, please help

Hi,

3.2.6137 is quite old now - I'd suggest downloading and installing the very latest version and seeing if there is any improvement :
