Hi,
I always have a crash when I try to move the ROI. I can move the ROI for 2-20 seconds, and then it crashes. This happens both in 8-Bit mode and in 16-Bit mode.
Sharpcap 3.0.4002.0
Camera: ZWO ASI 178MM
Camera driver 1.0.0.5 from 25.11.2014
Windows 7
The log file is attached.

thanks for this report - I have seen similar bug reports now and then for the ZWO cameras, but haven't been able to pin down the cause - it will be very interesting if it is related to moving the ROI! I will be testing this evening.

This camera runs very stable with SharpCap and crashes do only occur when moving the ROI. I never had any other crash. It's so reproducible that I already learned not to move the ROI. Better move the telescope instead.

Just tested and it breaks very quickly for me too. I have a new ZWO SDK that came through today, so I will try that first then if necessary report the bug back to ZWO. It used to work very reliably with earlier versions of the SDK
