I am unable to control my CEM60 mount via SharpCap Pro. I can see that it is connected to the mount - RA, DEC, etc. shown, but it does not allow me to move the mount. The error report in SC is: "Cannot move mount because: MoveAxis failed."
I have a CEM60 mount, Firmware versions are 190716 for Mainboard, RA and DEC boards, SharpCap Pro v3.2.6248, iOptron Commander v5.74 (via StarFi), ASCOM Platform 6.4SPI 6.4.1.2695
I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 1903 OS Build 18362.900 in a SurfaceBook 2
Please advise.
Thank you!
John

Re: MoveAxis failed - CEM60
Hi,
please can you capture and send me a log file showing the error. In particular, turn on the additional logging option (bottom of first page of the settings) before opening the camera. This will record all communication between SharpCap and the mount's Ascom driver, which will hopefully let me work out what is going wrong.
Cheers, Robin
