I've tried to use my Atik414EXC with it's Ascom driver with SharpCap's old and new versions and the displayed image like M13 is barely visible at 15sec while with the Artemis Capture program it is close to being over saturated.

Re: Atik Ascom driver
Hi Don,
two things I can think of
1) does the camera have a gain control that could be different between the two?
2) Is Artemis auto-stretching the image? You could do something similar in SharpCap by adjusting the 'Display Gamma' control downwards.
Unfortunately I don't have an Atik camera to test/develop with, so I can't offer any more specific advice.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Atik Ascom driver
There is no gain control.
The saved raw fits file shows a much brighter image than I see in SC.
I'll see what Atik has to say about it.
