an error occurred when trying to properties for your POTH Hub Mount

I'm unable to open the properties when trying to set to POTH hub rather than Sky Sensor 2000 Please see the Jpeg file for the error message (sorry I dont have an email associated with windows 10 so I;m stuck with the sending the jpeg). I'm using windows 10. I've been advised to use POTH and I'm wondering if I chose the right setting during the set up which was a while ago.

Hi,

That particular message is usually a symptom of the installation of the Ascom driver being incomplete. I'd suggest checking that you have the very latest Ascom platform installed and updating if you don't. If you do have the very latest version, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling which will hopefully fix the problem.

Thanks for the prompt to reinstall Ascom platform. It led to the real problem - AVG tuneup had put Ascom Platform to sleep!
