Using Windows 10 "Make Text Larger" causes dialogs and buttons to clip text

Hello,

When using Windows 10 ease of access feature called "make text bigger" many of the dialogs and buttons n the dialogs have clipped text and information.

repro:
1) Press the Windows Key (to bring up search)
2) Type in "make text bigger"
3) Select the option "make text size bigger"
This should take you into setting and put you under: Ease of Access --> Display
4) Move the size up to 190%
5) Open any dialogs such as the opening info dialog
Notice: The buttons have clipped text
6) Open the "Brian" on the histogram
Notice; Most al of this is not usable with the text scaled up.

It would be nice if this worked with the "make text bigger" as I use this on the rest of my system.
What I do currently is that I have the settings app open, and move the slider when i'm working in SharpCap and moving between other apps and doing imaging.
