The message "A new version of SharpCap is available" has come up numerous times, and numerous times I downloaded 3.1.5220 and install. There are no error messages returned but the end result is that this particular version doesn't appear to want to stay installed.
Current version: 3.1.5214.0
SharpCap Pro
Windows 10.0.17134.950
Dell Inspiron 15
Is there a logfile of installation attempts?
Thanks for any assistance.
Regards,
John

Re: Unable to load 3.1.5220
Hi,
Log files do get created for the auto update attempts, but generally it's not worth the effort of digging into them. The best thing to do usually is to just manually download the updated version from the downloads page and install it by hand.
Cheers, Robin
