I use Sharp cap to focus and recently bought it to do Polar alignment. But ever since I paid for it it wont find my ZWO cameras. I have deleted all the old copies and reinstalled 2.9 as I know that worked but no joy, still no camera recognition. Do I need to reload something? ASCOM?
It worked perfectly before purchase.

Re: SC Wont find my ZWO cameras.
Maybe try reinstalling ZWO drivers and checking that the camera shows up in Windows device manager. I don't use mine via ASCOM and believe it's not recommended, so if you are, try without.

Version 2.9 is fairly old at this point. Go to https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/downloads and get the latest 3.2. also make sure you have the latest ZWO native drivers v 3.0.0.5 https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers If you still encounter a problem you should upload you SharpCap logs.

Yes, you really need to upgrade to version 3.2 – old versions will not detect a new model cameras.
