System Problems

Hi

Having a few issues with Sharpcap 3.2 pro. Paid the £10 purchase price to support you:-)

For some reason Sharpcap is not seeing my camera (Altair Astro 290c USB-2) and I am not getting any image on screen. I've uninstalled Sharpcap and reinstalled but no better. Checked USB ports and cables but all good, camera works fine in Altaircap.

Hi,

I think you mentioned in your other post that you were working with a new PC. Have you installed Altair capture on the new PC? It's important to do that because installing Altair capture also installs the Windows systems drivers needed for the camera to be available to SharpCap.
