First Time Install - Setup Failed

First Time Install - Setup Failed
Good day all. I am new to this so forgive me if this topic has already been addressed. I did search through the forum but did not see anything related to first time installation problems. The problem I have is when I attempt to install the latest version on my Windows 10 computer is that the installation stalls about 25% into the process then a few minutes later I get a Setup Failed message. Attached is the error and log files from the error. Thanks in advance for helping this newbie.

Sorry to hear that you are having a problem. I'm actually rather impressed that Microsoft managed to write a decent error message for this particular issue that actually explains something useful about what the problem is.
It sounds like there is an issue on your PC with the underlying Windows service that handles installation of most applications. The first thing to try is a simple reboot to see if that helps, and then you might try running the installer by right clicking and choosing 'run as administrator'. If neither of those help then searching for something like '0x80070641 windows installer' on Google gives plenty of possible ways to repair the Windows installer service – for example some suggestions on this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... ae040ceb3c
