Check for updates not finding update
Possible tiny bug - 3.0.3861.0 did not show update to later version 3.0.3888.0. Running on Windows 10 - not sure anything else is useful. Bit difficult to check if still problem with later version

Yes, the bug was that until build 3.0.3888 I had no way to update users on 3.0 without also offering the update to users still on 2.9
I could update beta users separately, but everyone on any non-beta build got the same update notifications.
From 3888 onward I can update 3.0 users without disturbing 2.9 users (they won't get an update to 3.0 notification until the end of the month).
