Desktop won't recognize ZWO cameras

#1

Post by Dynan »

I have SharpCap running on my laptop fine.

The SharpCap on my desktop will not recognize either ZWO 120 or 224 cameras. Windows 10 connects fine to both, yet no camera shows in SC.
I've tried different ports to no avail. As mentioned, the computer sees both cameras, yet SC does not.

Any ideas?

Hi,

can you please check that you have installed the latest ZWO drivers onto your computer. There was a big change in the drivers a while back and if you have an older version then the latest version of SharpCap will just simply not see any cameras.

Cheers, Robin
