Program hangs at displaying 'Tips' afterfirst restart

SharpCap Program Version: 3.0.38.30
No camera attached.

Windows 10 Home Version 1607 Build 14393.1066

The first time, after fresh install, the program opens.
After closing and re-opening, the program hangs while displaying the 'Tips' window.
Nothing can be clicked to close the program. Only "hard delete" the process can be done.

Note 1: Process Window Title: SharpCap C:\Users\username\Desktop\SharpCap Capture Files

Note 2: Opening the test camera at first program start doesn't solve this issue.

Can't see a button to include a attachment, so here is a copy of the log file:

Please update to the release build (3.0.3855) - I think I fixed this error yesterday just before releasing
