ASTAP Plate Solve missing a feature
ASTAP Plate Solve missing a feature
I was messing with the new BETA 3.3 and noticed that I cannot use the target crosshair icon to do an ASTAP plate solve. Is this feature relocated somewhere else?

Hi,
no, that should definitely be there if Astap is detected, but SharpCap now checks to make sure that the version of Astap is new enough to work correctly with SharpCap, so maybe SharpCap as picked up that you have an old version?
If you go to the plate solving settings page in the SharpCap settings it should show details at the bottom of the page about which plate solving engines it has found and what their status is. Hopefully there will be useful information there.
