Hi robin,, any thoughts on doing an android version,
Project I'm working on, I have bought a new stereo for the car and it has android 7 built in,
I have the Skywatcher az gti mount and it's controlled via an app,, I'm going to download it to the head unit and I also have a CAMFI wireless DSLR that works on android.

The head unit has av in and a usb input for a usb dashcam that records to the head unit,, would be nice if it could be controlled via a sharpcap android version that could work a zwo camera..

Hi Davy,

I've got no plans for an Android version (I'd have to start over from scratch), but I believe ZWO have an Android app to talk to their cameras. Not sure how much functionality it has.

cheers,

Robin

Hi Dustine

SharpCap is Windows only, see https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/ufaqs/is-the ... ux-android
As far as I know this still is the case, Robin will correct me if wrong.

Hi,

Menno is absolutely correct - there are still absolutely no plans to make any Android/iOS/Linux or MacOS versions of SharpCap. The Windows version keeps me busy enough already!

cheers,

Robin

Hello

Like Robin mentioned, there is no Android version. SharpCap is Windows only and there are no plans to make Android or an other platform.
