Neximage color burst c - finds it but shows NOTHING

I installed the perquisites and driver for my camera. When I open SharpCap under Camera it shows it - but when I try to use the camera I see nothing but black. My camera works fine in ICAP. I bout the pro version and I use windows 10 64 bit. short cord.
