Hello,
I'm new to the forum having installed SharpCap in my laptop to use with my SVBony SV105. I would like to image DSOs and wanted to know if SharpCap will work with my Nikon D40? Thank you.

Re: Using Nikon D40 with Sharpcap
Hi,
SharpCap doesn't support DSLR cameras directly, but there is a free project which is creating an Ascom driver for DSLR cameras that then allows them to be used within SharpCap – see this thread on cloudy nights and the links to the project within it : https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/7076 ... ntax-sony/
Cheers, Robin
