Computer does not recognize ASI178MC it did before

This morning sharpcap did not recognize the camera, it had before. I could not see it in the device manager, it was there before. I reinstalled drivers (changed website no longer individual drivers for each camera) even ascom nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi,

The fact that the cameras and showing up in device manager is telling you that for some reason is not communicating with a computer at all. Sometimes in these circumstances you will see a device in the device manager with an '!' icon which might be the camera not being identified correctly – it's worth looking for that. Otherwise I would be tempted to check to see if you need to replace your USB cable or test if possible using another computer. It's always possible that the camera has suffered some sort of hardware problem though I hope that's unlikely.
