Hi.
If I connect to my QHY600M in SharpCap v3.2 64bit, I get the option to utilise the built in 2GB of DDR RAM.
But this option is not available when I connect to my QHY600C and its my understanding that cameras has the same internal RAM.
Can this be fixed?

Hi Martin,
first, can you check that you are using the very latest update of SharpCap 3.2 – do check on the downloads page as the versions there are newer than the ones that you will get via auto update. There have been quite a lot of updates to the qhy SDK recently and it's entirely possible that one of those could have fixed the problem that you are seeing.
If you still see the problem using the very latest version of SharpCap then I think this will need to be fixed by QHY themselves. SharpCap just asks their SDK if the camera has DDR and it sounds like the SDK is responding correctly for the mono camera but incorrectly for the colour one.
