The capture profile could not be loaded correctly.
I created and saved a series of capture profiles. All was well until I tried to load another saves profile. I got this error meg.

it looks as though you have saved the filter wheel position in the capture profile and it is having trouble reloading that setting. Perhaps the filter wheel was connected when you save the profile but is not connected when you try to reload it.
The way the profile loading works, all the other settings should be loaded even if one fails to load correctly like this, so you can basically ignore that message if you want to if the filter wheel is not connected when you are re-selecting the profile. The other option is to load each profile and then resave them (without connecting the filter wheel) – that should save new copies with the same settings but without the filter wheel position stored in them.
