Sorry Robin..me again..ive downloaded sharpcap 3.1..its not asked me to purchase the licence but I know where to find it..also the prerequisite installer..cant find the download..

Hi Robin,I've acquired the license,installed ascom platform 6.3,found and installed the prerequisite installer and on connection it crashes and says something along the nature of acquiring data for mass dump..i can't show you a pic as the file is too big but the only way is to force a shutdown which isn't a great idea for my laptop..any ideas?

Is the whole machine crashing? It sounds like you are describing a blue screen of death - https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=blue+ ... s&tbm=isch

Or, is it just SharpCap crashing?
