hi, I can not use sharp cup because at the start I see a status bar where he tells me to adjust the speed usb.il my pc has a usb3, is this the problem? could you help me cpire.thanks

Hi,

the message you describe is shown with certain cameras to remind you that you can get higher frame rates by tweaking some of the camera USB options. You don't have to do this, but SharpCap starts cameras at below the maximum speed to ensure compatibility.

Please check out the docs - https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/2.9/#Slow%20Start - which should guide you through getting started. If you still seem to be having trouble then please post a screen shot.
