License expired

I powered up my telescope tonight only to find my pro license expired. I filled out the renewal twice but when I tried to open sharp cap it still told my license expired. How do I renew my license and get Sharp Cap back online?

Hi,

when you renew you receive a new license code - that needs to be pasted into SharpCap in place of the old, expired one. See https://store.astrosharp.co.uk/faq for more details.

If you paid twice then reply to one of the license emails to tell me if you would like a refund of one payment or a license extended for two years.

Thank You. I found the e Mail this morning and pasted the key on the old license. Then saw your quick reply. Sorry I didn’t pick up on the e Mail before posting. Thank You

Also although I tried filled out the form twice it appears I was only billed once. Thank You again.
