Plate Solve Problem

I use both CPWI and Stellarium at the same time without any problems. You can even connect simultaneously with several planetarium programs.

Thanks Reol, there has been no problem simultaneously connecting Sharpcap and Stellarium to the mount through CPWI. The problem is plate solving following a GoTo from Stellarium. It's quite puzzling and I look forward to observing the situation methodically when there is a clear night.

Plate solve is working well tonight regardless of whether I use CPWI or Stellarium for GoTo, which is as it should be.

Whatever the problem was recently, any apparent relationship to Stellarium GoTo must have been coincidental.

If the problem recurs, I will gather as much information as I can. I am well of the need to set exposure, gain and sigma to detect an appropriate number of stars,
