I'm sure you are right, and it probably doesn't matter for what I do, but I was thinking of the people that are using a LOT of relatively short exposures to add up to significant integration time. Robin I think you have been one of the advocates for lots of short exposures with modern CMOS cameras, and this may be where folks run into problems, in storage and perhaps in post processing as well.
