saving flats / darks individually

Is there anyway "NOT" to make master flats and darks just as we can save the lights as separate raw files for post processing?
The reason is, when I try to post process in pixinsight, it won't allow me to use just "one" master flat and "one" master dark. It requires a minimum of 3 darks and 3 flats.

Just complete a normal capture and name the object "dark" or "flat". Set your exposure time and gain as normal.
