Can "Feature Tracking" be used for short exposure DSO imaging?

Hi,
There's nothing to stop you from doing that in theory as long as your DSO is bright enough for the tracking algorithm to pick up features on the image. However I suspect that the initial stage where it works out which direction moves the image which way will take a very long time to complete when the individual frames are a couple of seconds or more rather than tens of frames to the second…
Probably easier just to use a separate guiding application like PHD2
