Apparent early renewal notice

Subscribed for one year in February and am getting messages that my subscription expires in 2 weeks.
Did not see an email address to respond to on the site.

Hi,
It looks like you first bought a licence at the end of August 2018 and then bought another this February, perhaps because you'd forgotten buying the original licence may be? The reminder you received recently was for the original licence bought last August.
Since you property don't want to separate licences and would rather have one longer licence, I will reissue your licence with an expiry date that reflects the total payments you have made. Watch out for that arriving via a separate email.
