Is sharpcap compatible with SV205 and USB 3.0?
Is sharpcap compatible with SV205 and USB 3.0?
The SVBony astronomy camera SV205 lists as "in Sharpcap" double click SV205. I want to confirm that it is correct that Sharpcap works with SV205? Also, the SV205 is a USB 3.0 camera. I understood the Sharpcap works only with 2.0. Thanks.

Hi,
I don't have one of these SV205 cameras myself, but I understand that it has a driver that lets it appear as a WebCam and therefore SharpCap should be able to communicate with it by that driver. SharpCap will happily work with USB 2 or USB 3 cameras as long as they are supported makes and have the correct drivers installed.
