Capture time limit not working

Hi I'm using version 3.2.5973 camera zwo as I 120 mc. When I select time limit and check the avi file after capture should have stopped it kept capturing, even if I manually stop capture it must keep capturing because the the file is far bigger than what I set the time limit for.
