for Robin....subscription renewal..not showing

did not know here to post this message so choose this form

i renewed my annual subscription on 1/9/19 via Paypal..verified it cleared

3.1 and 3.2 subscription license say i have yet renewed

what should i do

Hi,

I suspect that you missed the step of copying your new licence that you received when you renewed into SharpCap to replace the old licence. This has to be done manually when you renew the licence. G'Day Guys,
I'm having the same issue. I renewed my licence on Friday (25/01) and I haven't been able to change it in the application. The error: invalid licence Id. I've tried several times and made sure that the entry were correct but not joy. Checked the FAQ, nothing helped.
What else can I try? I downloaded the latest version and the same issue. Please help. :cry:

G'Day Robin,
After several attempts the new signature was finally accepted. However the tools menu is all greyed out but for the 'Focus Assistant'. Sorry to be a nuisance, please help.

Hi John,

Good to hear that you got the licensing issue sorted out after a few tries. The state that you describe for the tools menu is how I would expect to see it if you don't actually have a camera selected. When you open a camera then all the menu items should become available. If the menu is in that state and you have already opened the camera then please send me your log file (go to the help menu and select show log and click the copy to clipboard button then paste the text into an email). Make sure you do this after you have opened a camera so that whatever has gone slightly wrong during the camera opening procedure will be recorded in the log.

Thanks again for your prompt reply. Well I didn't have a camera on. Silly me! That's shows that I'm a total beginner. But I have discovered the manual and what a good read it is. :lol: I'll try again this morning and if I have any trouble I know who to ask. Thanks again for your support.
